Hello there ! I'm Sem, a local born and bred Penang resident. I was a Kitchen Designer and really passionate about interior designing. I decorated the house myself based on available budget. In early 2014, I started operating The 3rd Street which located less than 5 minutes drive-away from the George Town UNESCO heritage site. In 2015, I set up another one, Tye Sin House, just a block away. I love the location as I grew up in this area and I'm sure guests would be able to really experience local life here.
